The new general manager of Basin Electric Power Cooperative says he sees a bright future for the Bismarck-based generation and transmission co-op. Andrew M. Serri formerly worked for an investor-owned utility in St. Louis.

As Prairie Public's Dave Thompson reports, Serri says North Dakota's economy is in great shape - and Basin Electric benefits from that.
