Hotel information for 2012 Annual Meeting
A list of Bismarck hotels and a bus route to the Bismarck Civic Center are now online.

Basin Electric members and other guests planning to attend the 2012 Basin Electric Annual Meeting of the Membership Nov. 6-8 should go to http://www.basinelectric.com/News_Center/Events/Annual_Meeting_Hotel_Information/index.html for a hotel list and a downloadable PDF file of the bus route to the Bismarck Civic Center, the meeting venue.
Several hotels are already full and not taking reservations, so attendees are encouraged to book hotel rooms now. There is also a bus route map and schedule next to the hotel list.
Invitations to the annual meeting will be handled differently this year. For attendees who have provided Basin Electric with an email address, an invitation will arrive via email. To ensure the invitation is not caught in a spam filter, attendees should add invitation@signup4.com to their email white list. Other attendees will receive an invitation by U.S. mail.
Online registration will be available in late summer or early fall.
